Support Contracts & Service Level Agreements

A support contract will give you piece of mind together with effective systems, leaving you free to concentrate on the day to day running of your business.
Benefits of a Service Level Agreement can include:
Priority response - As a customer with a current service level agreement, you will receive a priority response time of four hours for network issues. Total system failure and critical issues will be treated with the highest priority.
Support Calls – The number of telephone support calls, remote access connections or the number of visits to your site during the contract period will be monitored but not restricted. This means that you will get accurate feedback as to the robustness of your system.
Logging – All support activities are fully documented by our technicians and monitored with our bespoke support software. Each visit and call is reviewed internally on an ongoing basis and a time and activity record will be provided.
3rd Party Management – We are happy to work with third-party service providers that may be involved with your I.T. solution. These might include Internet providers, software houses or manufacturers for warranty purposes.
Optional Services – Optional services can be incorporated into your agreement which can include scheduled visits for preventative maintenance and housekeeping, server monitoring, backup procedures and testing.
